Belltech Muscle Cars announces their “Street Performance” shock absorber for 1955-57 Chevrolet (110,210, Bel Air, Wagon and Nomad).  Belltech’s Street Performance shock absorber offers the customer an OEM replacement quality shock absorber with performance handling characteristics.

The Street Performance shock absorber utilizes a 15mm piston rod, 35mm piston and 55mm shock body to provide the control required by larger OE and aftermarket wheel/tire packages.

Each Street Performance shock absorber features a nitrogen charged twin tube construction which provides “cavitation free” technology to avoid air from decreasing the shock absorbers effectiveness. Piston rod bushings and shock pistons are Teflon coated to provide the lowest amount of friction. Triple Lip NBR Seal provides (2 oil lips, 1 dust lip) 3 areas of contact on which rubber seals contact and seal the piston rod. This added security prevents against leaks, oil contamination or deterioration of the seals.
