KW supported drivers had the opportunity to come and work first hand with KW’s lead engineer, Klaus Frank. Klaus had specifically made the trip across the pond from Germany to help dial in each driver’s drift car and provide his extensive expertise in suspension tuning to the teams. After a short group meeting outlining the day’s itinerary and a valuable Question and Answer period with Klaus. Teams where quickly out on course relaying information of what they desired in their setup. more » |

Lake Forest, Calif. – August 12, 2009 – Evergreen Speedway, located in the heart of Monroe, Washington, hosted the highly anticipated Round 5 of the Formula Drift Championship. With the cars prepped after a strong performance at the Las Vegas Event, the Dynamic Autosports / Hankook Tire Drift Team arrives in full force ready to practice on the Washington State high speed course. Eric O’Sullivan and Robbie Nishida completed several laps around the track and comfortably moved onto the qualifying round for the main 32-car event. With a strong performance by the drivers, who are equipped with the ultra high performing Hankook Ventus RS-3 Tires, the entire Hankook Tire Drift Team qualified into the main event, securing strong positions for the main competition the following day.   more » |
